With over 25 years of experience across multiple sectors — including forestry, telecommunications, FMCG, retail, and education — Dean Johnston brings a dynamic blend of strategic leadership, behavioural insight, and business transformation expertise.
Dean has served as Finance Chairman at UFSI International School for three years, where he oversaw the investment acquisition of a R75 million capital injection into the institution — a testament to his financial stewardship, strategic foresight, and governance capability.
As a Professional Business Coach and Behavioural Psychology Practitioner, Dean integrates business intelligence with psychological insight to help individuals and organisations strengthen leadership, enhance resilience, and build high-performance cultures.
